BERLIN
Berlin is the capital city of germany and also the largest city in the country. Approximately 3.6 million people live here. It is also the second most populous city proper and seventh most populous urban area in the European Union.
Berlin is a great place to visit, around one-third of the city’s area is composed of forests, parks, gardens, rivers and lakes.
Modern Berlin is home to world renowned universities, orchestras, museums, entertainment venues and is host to many sporting and music events. In 2015 the nominal GDP of the citystate Berlin totaled €124.16 (~$142) billion compared to €117.75 in 2014, an increase of about 5.4%. Berlin’s economy is dominated by the service sector, with around 84% of all companies doing business in services. Important economic sectors in Berlin include life sciences, transportation, information and communication technologies, media and music, advertising and design, biotechnology, environmental services, construction, e-commerce, retail, hotel business, and medical engineering.

WEDDING
Wedding is one of Berlin’s main counties, connecting the city’s east and west.
The Charité (university hospital) campus, considered among Germany’s most important medical institutions, operates in this quarter.
Wedding is considered among the denser neighborhoods, although it has relatively large parks and green areas.

Neukölln, in southwest Berlin, is currently populated by a diverse and mixed ranges of individuals including Turkish immigrants, young artists, stylists and fashionistas, many students and young families from all over Europe. With 5,500 commercial units and over 60,000 public offices, Neukölln is considered among the most attractive sites. The mass arrival of young adults, philosophers and socialites, artists and musicians, culinary specials and bars to the area has enabled the development of Neukölln’s cultural scene, offering authentic meals in home-style restaurants and delis. The neighborhood bars opening on every corner were even mentioned and recommended by the New York Times. Its diverse population and the multicultural dialogue at Neukölln have made it a very desirable area. Many Friedrichshain and Kreutzberg residents have been relocating to Neukölln and there has been an evident increase in the young population of the area. The county is gradually improving and developing. Many buildings are undergoing renovations and Neukölln is becoming a rapidly developing trendy neighborhood. Located in Berlin’s southeast and considered an old, quiet and quality neighborhood. Many parks and impressive landscapes, dozens of lakes, large and antique homes with large balconies overlooking the canal. Many festivals are held there throughout the year (blues, jazz, beer, etc.)
Alt-Treptow offers many interesting stores, serving as urban gems, alongside diverse cultural attractions and excellent transportation options that attract a younger and more educated population.
At Kungerkiez, you will experience the vibrant metropolitan rhythm. Its central location will enable you to reach Berlin’s center within minutes. There are many stores at walking distance and an ideal connection to public transportation,
U and S-Bahn, electrical transportation and buses.
The large Treptower Park, a large leisure area near the asset, covers 90 acres at the outskirts of the neighborhood, including a wild forest, lakes, amusement park rides, sports center and the Spree River. The largest flea market in Berlin is held at the edge of the park on weekends.

Charlottenburg is a gorgeous and elegant neighborhood with many historical intonations. It is partially in central West Berlin, bordering on Mitte and Tempelhof, and is considered the most expensive among the other luxury neighborhoods. It is currently populated by the nation’s richest and is considered a clear symbol of the elitist capitalist lifestyle. Charlottenburg is actually comprised of smaller neighborhoods, such as Wilmersdorf, Grunewald, Halensee and Schamrgendorf, which were combined into one large neighborhood – Charlottenburg-Wilmersdorf – in 2001 (although the segregation is still maintained among the residents).
This area includes, inter alia, the Berlin stock exchange, Olympic stadium, commercial centers and luxurious boutiques.
The neighborhood consists mainly of private homes and of densely constructed areas populated by affluent residents. It is home for many businesspeople, company owners, independent operators and ambassadors. Many veteran residents will prefer Charlottenburg to the center of the city, thanks to the high standard of living that it offers. Some of Charlottenburg’s residential areas are among the most prestigious in Berlin.

Friedrichshain is a popular residential area for young adults.
Thanks to its vibrant and young population, it has become a lively center for many students and artists. The average age of Friedrichshain-Kreutzberg residents is ~37 years old. Many of the residential areas of Friedrichshain are very old and only recently have buildings been renovated. The Spree River flows through the neighborhood, reflecting a blue shade onto the surrounding buildings. There are many restaurants, hotels, cafés, offices and attractive commercial spaces throughout Friedrichshain.

Kreuzberg is famous for its nightlife and cultural diversity.

This is a fancy and prestigious neighborhood consisting of residential structures and a large 18th century park, government institutions, hotels and cultural sites.
The Moabit neighborhood is located to the north, offering small centers of alternative culture. Tiergarten’s population is 59% single, 4% childless couples and 18% families with children.

Prenzlauer Berg, with its many pubs and vibrant cultural scene, has become one of the most attractive neighborhoods in Berlin.
It is a relatively large county with expensive prices and the significant transformation in the social structure leads to increased real estate prices every year.

This neighborhood is very popular thanks to its vibrant culture, bars and young atmosphere in northern Schöneberg.
The residential population is diverse. Nollendorfplatz is the nightlife center with a wide variety of pubs and entertainment areas. Schöneberg has many old buildings undergoing renovation and the streets offer a pleasant view. About half of the buildings seem very modern and, despite their number, the area still provides green parks that harmoniously merge with the various quarters. Parks like Rudolph Wilde and Heinrich Lassen are just two of the many parks in the area.
Schöneberg operates ~8,500 different businesses and it is very attractive to the young and bourgeoisie population.

One of Schöneberg’s main shopping areas is Potsdamer Platz. Another popular shopping area is: Steglitzer Schloßstraße, right on the Schöneberg-Steglitz border. Schöneberg’s western area consists of shopping centers along Wittenberg Platz, offering antique shops, boutiques, old bookstores and more, while the border with Charlottensburg has the most famous shopping mall, the Ka De We.

In the past, this area was known for its government officials and it continues to be the home of many celebrities of the art and political world. Pankow remained the embassy stronghold, with ambassador residences throughout the neighborhood.
